OutKast is an American hip hop duo formed in 1992 in East Point, Georgia, consisting of rappers André 3000 (André Benjamin) and Big Boi (Antwan Patton). They are known for their eclectic style that incorporates elements of funk, soul, jazz, and techno into their music. OutKast rose to fame in the mid-1990s with their debut album "Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik" and achieved commercial success with albums like "ATLiens" and "Aquemini".


Their 2000 album "Stankonia" spawned the hit singles "Ms. Jackson" and "B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad)", which further solidified their status as innovators in the hip hop genre. OutKast's 2003 double album "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below" was a critical and commercial success, winning the Grammy Award for Album of the Year. Throughout their career, OutKast has received widespread acclaim for their unique sound, lyrical content, and artistic vision.
