OutKast is an American hip hop duo formed in 1992 by Atlanta-based rappers André "André 3000" Benjamin and Antwan "Big Boi" Patton. They are known for their innovative music style that blends funk, soul, jazz, and techno influences with Southern hip hop. OutKast has released several critically acclaimed albums, including "Stankonia" and "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below," the latter of which won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 2004.

"OutKast Featuring Scar & Sleepy Brown" refers to a collaboration between OutKast and two other artists, Scar and Sleepy Brown. Scar is a rapper and member of the Dungeon Family collective, while Sleepy Brown is a singer-songwriter and producer also associated with the Dungeon Family.
