Artist Bio:
Pacific Gas and Electric, also known as PG&E, was an American blues rock band that was formed in Los Angeles in 1967. The band's original lineup included lead vocalist Charlie Allen, guitarist Glenn Schwartz, bassist Brent Block, keyboardist Frank Petricca, and drummer Tom Marshall. The band is best known for their 1970 hit single "Are You Ready?", which reached number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Pacific Gas and Electric released four studio albums between 1968 and 1973. Their music was a blend of blues, rock, and soul, with powerful vocals and energetic instrumentals. Despite their success with "Are You Ready?", the band struggled to achieve consistent commercial success. Pacific Gas and Electric disbanded in the mid-1970s, but their music continues to be enjoyed by fans of blues rock.
