Artist Bio:
Pajama Party was an American freestyle and dance music group active in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The group consisted of two members, Lydia "Precious" Lee and Buddy "Wize" Hankerson. They are best known for their hit single "Yo No Sé" released in 1989, which reached number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number 1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. The song became a classic in the freestyle music genre and solidified Pajama Party's place in the dance music scene.
Pajama Party released their debut album, also titled "Up All Night," in 1989. The album featured tracks blending freestyle, dance-pop, and Latin influences. Despite their success with "Yo No Sé," Pajama Party did not achieve much commercial success with their subsequent releases. The group disbanded in the early 1990s, but their music continues to be celebrated by fans of freestyle and dance music.
