Parmalee gained recognition with their debut album, "Feels Like Carolina," released in 2013, which spawned the hit single "Carolina." Despite facing setbacks early in their career, including a near-fatal robbery incident in 2010, Parmalee persevered and continued to pursue their passion for music.
