Patsy Cline was an American country music singer born on September 8, 1932, in Winchester, Virginia. Cline achieved tremendous success in the 1950s and early 1960s, becoming one of the most influential vocalists in the history of country music.
Tragically, Cline's life was cut short when she died in a plane crash on March 5, 1963, at the age of 30.
