Patti Page, born Clara Ann Fowler in 1927, was an American singer and actress known for her distinctive voice and versatile musical style. She rose to fame in the 1950s with hits such as "Tennessee Waltz" and "How Much Is That Doggie in the Window?", which showcased her smooth vocals and ability to cross genres from country to pop to traditional standards. Page was one of the best-selling female artists of her time, with over 100 million records sold worldwide.


Throughout her career, Page recorded over 1,000 songs and released more than 50 albums, earning her multiple Grammy nominations and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013. She also made several appearances on television and in films, showcasing her talent as both a singer and actress.
