Paul Peek was an American musician and songwriter born on June 23, 1937, in High Point, North Carolina. He is best known for his work as a rockabilly and country musician in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Peek started his career as a guitarist for Gene Vincent's band, The Blue Caps, and later began recording his own music.


In 1958, Peek released his most well-known single, "The Rock-A-Round," which became a hit on the Billboard charts. He continued to release music throughout the 1960s, including songs like "Sweet Skinny Jenny" and "Pin the Tail on the Donkey." Peek's music often blended rockabilly, country, and pop influences, showcasing his versatility as a musician. Despite his relatively short career in the music industry, Paul Peek made a lasting impact on the rockabilly and country music scenes.
