Artist Bio:
Paula Abdul is an American singer, choreographer, dancer, and television personality. She first gained recognition in the 1980s as a choreographer for music videos and stage performances for artists such as Janet Jackson and George Michael. Abdul's debut album, "Forever Your Girl," was released in 1988 and became a huge success, spawning several hit singles including "Straight Up" and "Opposites Attract." She went on to release several more albums throughout the 1990s and early 2000s.


In addition to her music career, Paula Abdul is also known for her role as a judge on the reality TV show "American Idol" from 2002 to 2009. She later served as a judge on "The X Factor" and "So You Think You Can Dance." Abdul has received numerous awards for her contributions to the music and entertainment industry, including a Grammy Award for Best Music Video for "Opposites Attract."
