Artist Bio:
Pepsi & Shirlie were a British pop duo formed by Pepsi DeMacque and Shirlie Holliman. They were originally backup singers for the popular 80s band Wham! and were part of the group's backing vocalists known as "Pepsi & Shirlie." After Wham! disbanded in 1986, Pepsi & Shirlie decided to pursue their own music career as a duo.
Their debut single "Heartache" was released in 1987 and became a major hit, reaching the top 10 in the UK charts. The duo released two studio albums, "All Right Now" in 1987 and "Change" in 1991, both of which achieved moderate success. Pepsi & Shirlie continued to perform together until the early 1990s before pursuing individual projects. Despite not achieving the same level of success as Wham!, Pepsi & Shirlie remain a notable part of the 80s music scene.
