Throughout the 1960s, Peter and Gordon released a string of hits, including "I Go to Pieces" and "Lady Godiva." They were known for their close harmonies and folk-influenced sound. The duo disbanded in 1968 but reunited for occasional performances over the years. Peter Asher went on to have a successful career as a music producer, while Gordon Waller continued to perform as a solo artist until his passing in 2009.
