Born on May 15, 1952, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Seymour began his music career in the 1970s, gaining recognition for his strong vocals and catchy melodies. In addition to his work with The Dwight Twilley Band, Seymour released two solo albums, "Phil Seymour" in 1980 and "Phil Seymour 2" in 1982.
