Pop Smoke, born Bashar Barakah Jackson, was an American rapper and songwriter from Brooklyn, New York. Rising to prominence with his deep, gravelly voice and a unique blend of drill, grime, and hip-hop, Pop Smoke quickly captured the attention of the music industry. His breakout single "Welcome to the Party" in 2019 solidified his place in the drill scene and set the stage for his rapid ascent in the rap world.
Tragically, Pop Smoke's promising career was cut short when he was fatally shot during a home invasion in February 2020 at the age of 20. Despite his untimely death, his music continued to resonate with fans, and his posthumous album "Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon" topped the Billboard 200 chart. "Tunnel Vision (Outro)" was one of the tracks from this album that showcased Pop Smoke's raw talent and undeniable charisma, earning him a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
