Artist Bio:
Prince, born Prince Rogers Nelson on June 7, 1958, was an American musician, singer, songwriter, and actor. He was known for his innovative music style that combined elements of rock, funk, R&B, and pop. Prince released his debut album, "For You," in 1978 and went on to become one of the most influential and prolific artists of his time. Some of his most popular songs include "Purple Rain," "When Doves Cry," and "Kiss."


Throughout his career, Prince won seven Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004. He was also known for his flamboyant stage presence, eclectic fashion sense, and boundary-pushing music videos. Prince tragically passed away on April 21, 2016, at the age of 57, leaving behind a legacy as one of the greatest musicians of his generation.
