Artist Bio:
Psychedelic Furs are a British new wave band formed in London in 1977. The band was founded by brothers Richard Butler (vocals) and Tim Butler (bass), along with guitarist John Ashton, saxophonist Duncan Kilburn, and drummer Vince Ely. They were part of the post-punk and new wave movements of the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The Psychedelic Furs are best known for their hits "Love My Way," "Pretty in Pink," and "Heartbreak Beat." Their music is characterized by a blend of punk rock, post-punk, and new wave sound, with Richard Butler's distinctive raspy voice and the band's use of saxophone contributing to their unique sound. The band's music and style have influenced many alternative rock and new wave bands that followed them.
