Artist Bio:
Quarterflash was an American rock band formed in 1980 in Portland, Oregon. The band was fronted by husband-and-wife duo Rindy and Marv Ross. Their self-titled debut album, released in 1981, achieved commercial success, reaching the top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album featured their hit single "Harden My Heart," which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Quarterflash released several more albums throughout the 1980s, including "Take Another Picture" in 1983 and "Back Into Blue" in 1985. Despite not achieving the same level of success as their debut album, Quarterflash continued to tour and release music into the early 1990s. The band's sound was characterized by Rindy Ross's distinctive vocals and the use of saxophone in their rock music, giving them a unique and recognizable sound.
