(Question Mark)." The band is best known for their 1966 hit song "96 Tears," which reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song features Martinez's distinctive and impassioned vocals, as well as a prominent organ riff.
Despite their initial success with "96 Tears," ? & The Mysterians struggled to replicate the song's popularity with subsequent releases.
