Artist Bio:
R. Kelly & Public Announcement was an American R&B group formed in Chicago in the early 1990s. The group consisted of lead singer R. Kelly, along with members Earl Robinson, Andre Boykins, and Marv Neal. They released their debut album, "Born into the 90's," in 1992, which featured hit singles like "She's Got That Vibe" and "Honey Love." The album was a commercial success, reaching number 21 on the Billboard 200 chart.

After the success of their debut album, R. Kelly parted ways with Public Announcement to pursue a solo career. R. Kelly went on to become one of the most successful R&B artists of the 1990s and 2000s, with hit songs like "I Believe I Can Fly," "Ignition (Remix)," and "Bump N' Grind." Public Announcement continued to release music with new members, but they did not achieve the same level of success as they did with R. Kelly.
