Kelly and three other members: Earl Robinson, Andre Boykins, and Ricky Webster. They released their debut album, "Born into the 90's," in 1992. The album featured hit singles such as "She's Got That Vibe" and "Honey Love," which helped establish R. Kelly as a prominent figure in the R&B music scene.

R. Kelly eventually left Public Announcement to pursue a solo career, but the group continued to release music with new members.
