Artist Bio:
R. Kelly & Public Announcement was an American R&B group formed in the early 1990s by singer-songwriter R. Kelly. The group consisted of R. Kelly as the lead vocalist along with three other members: Earl Robinson, Andre Boykin, and Ricky Webster. They released their debut album, "Born into the 90's," in 1992, which included hits like "Honey Love" and "She's Got That Vibe."

R. Kelly eventually left Public Announcement to pursue a successful solo career, but the group continued to release music without him. R. Kelly went on to become a highly successful and controversial artist in his own right, known for hits like "I Believe I Can Fly" and "Ignition (Remix)." Despite the group's dissolution, R. Kelly & Public Announcement left a mark on the music industry with their soulful R&B sound and catchy tunes.
