Artist Bio:
Randy Meisner is an American musician and songwriter best known for his work as a founding member of the rock band Eagles. He was born on March 8, 1946, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Meisner played bass guitar and provided vocals for the band, contributing to their hit songs such as "Take It to the Limit" and "Try and Love Again."


Before joining the Eagles, Meisner was a member of the band Poco. He left the Eagles in 1977 to pursue a solo career, releasing a self-titled album in 1980. Meisner was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Eagles in 1998. He has since retired from the music industry and has kept a low profile, occasionally making appearances at Eagles reunion events.
