Randy Travis is an American country music artist born on May 4, 1959, in Marshville, North Carolina. He rose to fame in the late 1980s and 1990s with his traditional country sound, distinctive baritone voice, and hits such as "Forever and Ever, Amen" and "Three Wooden Crosses." Travis has released over 20 studio albums and has won numerous awards, including multiple Grammy Awards and Country Music Association Awards. He is also a member of the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame.


In addition to his successful music career, Randy Travis has also ventured into acting, appearing in films and television shows.
