Rascal Flatts is an American country music group formed in Columbus, Ohio in 1999. The band consists of three members: Gary LeVox as the lead vocalist, Jay DeMarcus on bass guitar and keyboard, and Joe Don Rooney on lead guitar and backing vocals. They have released multiple studio albums and singles that have achieved commercial success, earning them numerous awards, including several Grammy nominations and Country Music Association Awards.


Rascal Flatts is known for their harmonious vocal arrangements and a blend of country and pop music styles. Some of their most popular songs include "Bless the Broken Road," "What Hurts the Most," and "Life is a Highway."
