Raspberries is an American pop rock band that was formed in 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio. The band's original lineup consisted of Eric Carmen on vocals and bass, Wally Bryson on guitar, Jim Bonfanti on drums, and Dave Smalley on guitar. They were known for their catchy melodies, vocal harmonies, and power pop sound.
Raspberries released four studio albums between 1972 and 1974, including their self-titled debut album which featured their most successful single, "Go All the Way." The band disbanded in 1975 but reunited in the early 2000s for a successful reunion tour. Raspberries are considered a significant influence on the power pop genre and have continued to be celebrated for their contributions to 1970s rock music.
