RBD was a Mexican pop group formed in 2004. The band consisted of members Anahí, Dulce María, Maite Perroni, Alfonso Herrera, Christian Chávez, and Christopher von Uckermann. They gained international fame through the Mexican telenovela "Rebelde," which also served as a platform to launch their music career. RBD's music was popular among teenagers and young adults, with a sound that combined pop, rock, and Latin influences.
The group released several albums, including their self-titled debut album "Rebelde" in 2004, which was a commercial success. RBD went on to release a total of six studio albums and a live album before disbanding in 2009. Despite their breakup, RBD remains a popular and influential group in Latin music history, with a dedicated fanbase that continues to support the individual projects of its former members.
