Artist Bio:
Re-flex was a British new wave/synth-pop band formed in the early 1980s. The band consisted of lead vocalist John Baxter, keyboardist Paul Fishman, guitarist Nigel Ross-Scott, bassist Francois Craig, and drummer Mark King. They are best known for their hit single "The Politics of Dancing," which was released in 1983 and reached the top 30 in the UK and the top 40 in the US. The song's catchy melody and upbeat tempo made it a popular dance track in clubs around the world.

Following the success of "The Politics of Dancing," Re-flex released their debut album of the same name in 1983. The album received positive reviews and helped establish the band's reputation in the new wave music scene. Despite this initial success, Re-flex disbanded in the mid-1980s after releasing a few more singles that failed to achieve the same level of commercial success as their debut.
