Artist Bio:
Rene And Ray were a Mexican musical duo composed of René Ornelas and Raymundo Ornelas. They gained popularity in the 1960s with their hit song "Lo Mucho Que Te Quiero," which reached number two on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart in 1968. The duo specialized in romantic ballads and were known for their harmonious vocal performances. They were also pioneers of the Latin music scene in the United States, helping to popularize Mexican music among American audiences.

Rene And Ray continued to record and perform throughout the 1970s, but gradually faded from the music scene in the following decades. Despite their relatively short-lived success, their music remains beloved by fans of traditional Mexican music and is considered a classic of the genre.
