Reparata and the Delrons were an American girl group formed in the 1960s. The group was led by Mary "Reparata" Aiese, who was born in 1945 in Brooklyn, New York. The other members of the group included Nancie Mantz and Carol Drobnicki. They were known for their harmonious vocals and energetic performances.
Their biggest hit was "Whenever a Teenager Cries," which reached the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1965. The group continued to release music throughout the 1960s and early 1970s, but they never achieved the same level of commercial success as their contemporaries. Despite this, Reparata and the Delrons have maintained a cult following among fans of 1960s pop music. The group disbanded in the mid-1970s, but their music continues to be remembered and celebrated by fans of the era.
