Reparata and the Delrons were an American girl group active in the 1960s and early 1970s. The group was formed in 1962 in New York City by lead singer Mary Aiese, who adopted the stage name Reparata. The Delrons were a rotating cast of female singers who performed with Reparata over the years. Their most well-known hit was "Whenever A Teenager Cries," which reached the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1965.
The group continued to release music throughout the 1960s and 1970s, with varying degrees of commercial success. Despite not achieving consistent mainstream success, Reparata and the Delrons maintained a dedicated fan base and continued to perform live shows.
