Artist Bio:
Rhythm Syndicate was a dance-pop group formed in the late 1980s. The group was founded by Rob Mingrino and Rich Tancredi and was signed to Impact Records. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1991 and featured the hit single "P.A.S.S.I.O.N.," which reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States. The song also received significant airplay on MTV.

Despite the success of "P.A.S.S.I.O.N.," Rhythm Syndicate was not able to replicate that level of success with their subsequent releases. The group disbanded in the mid-1990s after releasing a second album that failed to make a significant impact. Rhythm Syndicate remains known for their catchy dance-pop sound that was popular during the early 1990s.
