Artist Bio:
Ringo Starr, born Richard Starkey on July 7, 1940, is an English musician, singer, and songwriter best known as the drummer for the legendary rock band The Beatles. He joined the band in 1962, replacing the original drummer Pete Best, and played with them until their breakup in 1970. Starr also occasionally sang lead vocals for the band, with notable songs such as "Yellow Submarine" and "With a Little Help from My Friends."


After The Beatles disbanded, Ringo Starr embarked on a successful solo career, releasing numerous albums and hit singles. He is known for his distinctive drumming style, characterized by its simplicity and unique fills. In addition to his music career, Starr is also a talented actor, appearing in several films and television shows. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of The Beatles in 1988 and also as a solo artist in 2015.
