Artist Bio:
Robert Mitchum was an American actor, singer, and composer, born on August 6, 1917, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He is best known for his acting career, which spanned over five decades and included over 100 films. Mitchum was known for his tough-guy persona and his roles in classic films such as "Cape Fear," "The Night of the Hunter," and "Out of the Past."

In addition to his acting career, Mitchum also had a passion for music. He released several albums showcasing his singing talent, including the popular calypso album "Calypso ΓÇô is like so..." in 1957. Despite his success in Hollywood, Mitchum often downplayed his acting abilities and once famously said, "I have two kinds of acting. One on a horse and one off a horse." Robert Mitchum passed away on July 1, 1997, leaving behind a lasting legacy in the world of film and music.
