Atkins' breakthrough came with his second album, "If You're Going Through Hell," released in 2006. The album spawned four number one hits on the country charts, including the title track, which spent four weeks at the top. He has since released several more albums, including "It's America" in 2009 and "Caught Up in the Country" in 2019. Atkins is known for his heartfelt lyrics, traditional country sound, and engaging live performances.
