Roger Daltrey is an English singer, musician, and actor, best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band The Who. Born on March 1, 1944, in London, Daltrey co-founded The Who in 1964 and quickly became known for his powerful vocals and energetic stage presence. The band's hits include "My Generation," "Baba O'Riley," and "Won't Get Fooled Again."
In addition to his work with The Who, Daltrey has also released solo albums and has pursued a successful acting career, appearing in films such as "Tommy" and "McVicar." He has also been involved in various charity work, including founding the Teenage Cancer Trust in the UK. Daltrey was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of The Who in 1990.
