Roger Daltrey is an English singer, actor, and producer, best known as the lead vocalist and founding member of the rock band The Who. Born on March 1, 1944, in London, Daltrey's powerful and distinctive voice helped define the band's sound and contributed to their success. He has also released several solo albums, including his debut solo album "Daltrey" in 1973.
In addition to his music career, Daltrey has also appeared in a number of films and television shows, including "Tommy" (1975), "McVicar" (1980), and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (2002). He has received numerous awards and accolades for his contributions to music, including being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of The Who in 1990.
