Ron And The D.C. Crew released their debut album, "Ron And The D.C. Crew," in 1985 under the independent label Def Jam Recordings. The album contained tracks such as "Ron's Rapp" and "The Real Soul." The group's music was well-received in the hip-hop community at the time, but they did not achieve mainstream success. Despite their short-lived career, Ron And The D.C.
