Artist Bio:
Rush was a Canadian rock band formed in 1968 in Toronto, consisting of guitarist Alex Lifeson, bassist and vocalist Geddy Lee, and drummer Neil Peart. Considered one of the most successful and influential rock bands of all time, Rush was known for their complex compositions, virtuosic musicianship, and philosophical lyrics. They gained a large and devoted fan base, particularly for their unique blending of hard rock, progressive rock, and heavy metal elements.


Throughout their career, Rush released 19 studio albums, with their most famous works including "2112", "Moving Pictures", and "Permanent Waves". The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 and received numerous awards and accolades for their contributions to music. Rush officially disbanded in 2018 following their R40 Live Tour, marking the end of an era for many loyal fans.
