Saga is known for their progressive rock sound, incorporating elements of pop, new wave, and hard rock into their music.
Saga gained popularity in the 1980s with hits like "On the Loose" and "Wind Him Up." They have released over 20 studio albums, with their most recent being "Symmetry" in 2020. Despite several lineup changes over the years, Saga has maintained a loyal fan base and continues to tour and release new music. They are considered one of the pioneering bands in the Canadian rock music scene.
