Sharon Bryant is an American singer and songwriter best known as the former lead vocalist of the R&B group Atlantic Starr. She joined the group in 1976 and remained with them until 1984. During her time with Atlantic Starr, Bryant contributed her soulful vocals to hits such as "Circles" and "Secret Lovers," which helped the group achieve commercial success in the 1980s.

After leaving Atlantic Starr, Bryant pursued a solo career and released her self-titled debut album in 1989. The album featured the single "Foolish Heart," which became a moderate hit on the R&B charts. Bryant's solo work showcased her powerful voice and emotional delivery. Despite not achieving the same level of success as she did with Atlantic Starr, Sharon Bryant continues to be recognized for her contributions to R&B music as a talented and soulful vocalist.
