Artist Bio:
Simon & Garfunkel were an American folk rock duo consisting of singer-songwriter Paul Simon and singer Art Garfunkel. They formed in 1957 and achieved commercial success in the 1960s with their harmonious vocals and poetic lyrics. Some of their most famous songs include "The Sound of Silence," "Mrs. Robinson," and "Bridge Over Troubled Water," which won six Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year in 1971.


The duo disbanded in 1970 but reunited for various tours and performances over the years. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 and received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003. Simon & Garfunkel's music continues to be celebrated for its timeless quality and enduring popularity.
