Artist Bio:
Siouxsie & The Banshees were a British rock band formed in London in 1976. The founding members were Siouxsie Sioux (vocals), Steven Severin (bass), Marco Pirroni (guitarist), and Sid Vicious (drums). However, Sid Vicious was soon replaced by Budgie on drums. The band was known for their influential and innovative sound that mixed punk rock with elements of post-punk, gothic rock, and new wave.

Siouxsie & The Banshees released 11 studio albums between 1978 and 1995, with their most successful being "Kaleidoscope" and "Peepshow." Some of their most popular songs include "Hong Kong Garden," "Happy House," and "Cities in Dust." The band gained a cult following and were praised for their theatrical live performances and Siouxsie Sioux's distinctive voice and striking appearance. Siouxsie & The Banshees disbanded in 1996, but their influence on alternative music continues to be felt to this day.
