Artist Bio:
Slade is a British rock band formed in Wolverhampton in 1966. The band's classic lineup consisted of lead vocalist Noddy Holder, guitarist Dave Hill, bassist Jim Lea, and drummer Don Powell. Slade rose to prominence in the early 1970s with a series of hit singles including "Cum On Feel the Noize," "Mama Weer All Crazee Now," and "Skweeze Me, Pleeze Me." They were known for their catchy songs, energetic live performances, and flamboyant glam rock image.


Slade achieved commercial success in the UK and Europe, with six of their singles topping the UK Singles Chart. They were one of the most popular bands of the glam rock era and have influenced many artists across different genres. Despite lineup changes over the years, Slade continued to perform and release music, with their legacy enduring in the history of British rock music.
