Artist Bio:
Smokey Robinson & The Miracles was an American rhythm and blues vocal group formed in Detroit, Michigan, in 1955. The group's original lineup included lead vocalist Smokey Robinson, Warren "Pete" Moore, Ronnie White, Bobby Rogers, and Claudette Rogers. The Miracles were one of the first acts signed to Motown Records and became one of the label's most successful and influential groups during the 1960s.

The group scored numerous hits on the Billboard R&B and pop charts, including classics like "Shop Around," "You've Really Got a Hold on Me," and "The Tracks of My Tears." Smokey Robinson, in addition to being the group's lead singer, was also the primary songwriter and producer for many of The Miracles' songs. The group's smooth harmonies, soulful melodies, and Robinson's distinctive falsetto voice helped define the Motown sound and solidified their status as one of the most iconic and beloved groups in music history.
