Son By Four was a vocal group formed in 1997 in Puerto Rico. The group consisted of four members: Ángel López, Pedro Quiles, Javier Montes, and Raúl Molina. They gained international fame with their hit song "A Puro Dolor," which was released in 2000 and topped the Billboard Hot Latin Tracks chart for 20 weeks. The song also won a Latin Grammy Award for Best Tropical Song.

Son By Four's music blended elements of salsa, pop, and ballad, creating a unique sound that resonated with audiences worldwide. They released several albums throughout their career, including "Purest of Pain" and "You Are the Reason." Despite their success, the group disbanded in 2006.
