Southwest F.O.B. was an American rock band formed in Dallas, Texas in the late 1960s. The band's name stood for "Southwest Free-Form Overground Boogie," reflecting their eclectic and improvisational musical style. Southwest F.O.B. gained recognition for their energetic live performances and unique blend of rock, blues, and psychedelic influences.


The band released their only album, "Smell of Incense," in 1968 on Hip Records. The album featured a mix of original songs and cover versions, showcasing the band's musical versatility and creativity. Despite receiving positive reviews from critics, Southwest F.O.B. disbanded shortly after the release of their album.
