Artist Bio:
Starbuck is an American pop/rock band that was formed in Atlanta, Georgia in the 1970s. The band is best known for their hit song "Moonlight Feels Right," which reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1976. The song features a unique blend of pop, rock, and jazz elements, and is distinguished by its prominent use of the marimba, played by the band's lead vocalist, Bruce Blackman. Starbuck released three albums in the 1970s, but disbanded in the early 1980s.


Despite their relatively short-lived career, Starbuck left a lasting impact on the music scene with their catchy melodies and distinctive sound. The band's music continues to be celebrated by fans of 1970s pop and rock, and "Moonlight Feels Right" remains a popular song on classic hits radio stations.
