Artist Bio:
Steel Breeze was an American rock band formed in Sacramento, California in the early 1980s. The band consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist, Kevin Chalfant, guitarist Ken Goorabian, keyboardist Doug Short, bassist Vinnie Pantaleoni, and drummer Barry Lowenthal. They achieved their biggest success with their self-titled debut album released in 1982, which spawned the hit single "You Don't Want Me Anymore." The song reached No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1982.
Steel Breeze continued to release music throughout the 1980s, but they were unable to replicate the success of their debut album. The band eventually disbanded in the late 1980s. Despite their relatively short-lived career, Steel Breeze left a mark on the rock music scene of the 1980s with their catchy melodies and energetic performances.
