Stephanie Lynn Nicks, known professionally as Stevie Nicks, is an American singer-songwriter best known for her work with the rock band Fleetwood Mac. Born on May 26, 1948, in Phoenix, Arizona, Nicks joined Fleetwood Mac in 1975 alongside her then-boyfriend, Lindsey Buckingham. Her distinctive voice, mystical stage persona, and songwriting talent contributed to the band's massive success during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Nicks is known for hits such as "Rhiannon," "Dreams," and "Landslide."
In addition to her work with Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks has also had a successful solo career. She released her debut solo album, "Bella Donna," in 1981, which featured the hit singles "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" and "Leather and Lace."
