Stories was an American rock band formed in New York City in 1972. The band was fronted by lead vocalist Ian Lloyd and also included Michael Brown, Steve Love, and Bryan Madey. Their style mixed elements of rock, pop, and R&B, and they found success with their cover of "Brother Louie." Despite this success, Stories disbanded in 1974 after releasing two albums. Ian Lloyd went on to have a solo career, while other members pursued different musical projects.
