Stories was a rock band formed in New York City in 1972. The band was fronted by singer Ian Lloyd and guitarist Michael Brown. Their most well-known song is "Brother Louie," which was a top ten hit in the United States in 1973. "Brother Louie" was a cover of a Hot Chocolate song and featured a distinctive mix of rock and disco elements, making it a unique and memorable track from the era.

Despite their initial success with "Brother Louie," Stories disbanded in 1974 after releasing two albums.
